  • VIP coaching sessions with travel to client locations (e.g., New York, Los Angeles, Paris)

Coaching focuses on sleep, routines, recovery, habits, and performance using science-backed methods and The 6 Pillars of Performance.

3. Payment & Refunds

  • Payment is required to book sessions.

  • All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Late or missed payments may result in session delays or termination of services.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must provide accurate information regarding health, routines, and goals.

  • Clients follow guidance at their own discretion.

  • Progress depends on individual commitment; results are not guaranteed.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • Coaching is for performance and wellbeing purposes only and is not medical advice.

  • Sam Neame is not liable for injury, health issues, or outcomes arising from coaching or application of guidance.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content, worksheets, and branding provided by Sam Neame are copyrighted.

  • Clients may not distribute, reproduce, or resell materials without permission.

7. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Sessions must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Late cancellations or missed sessions may incur a fee or forfeit the session.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.

9. Privacy

Client data is collected, stored, and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which describes how personal information is used and protected.
